We are not from the St. Pete area and at first used a different realtor, who basically wasted our time for two months. I got fed up, and started looking for another realtor and luckily found Stephanie, who is amazing. She is honest, notices things wrong with houses that I missed, and has the patience of a saint. We looked at a large number of homes. If a house didn\u2019t comp out, she said so. If the asking price was too high, she said so. She watched my money the way I would, which is rare in today\u2019s world.<\/p>\n
I find Stephanie to be a woman who takes pride in her work and in doing a good job for her clients, which in this case was my son and me. She has unflagging energy, does not give up even when the criteria is hard, and didn\u2019t let me buy an overpriced property, which is immensely important. St. Pete is a weird real estate market as the comps vary sometimes from block to block, as do the neighborhoods. I quickly came to value Stephanie\u2019s opinion, as it was always honest. If she has time to handle your real estate needs, grab her. She is responsive, follows up, knowledgeable and she knows St. Pete.<\/p>\n
