We are from out of state and had been looking for a vacation home for several months working with another agent. After three or four frustrating trips, we were considering giving up. I found Stephanie\u2019s website quite by accident, but that was my lucky day! I contacted Stephanie by email, explaining our situation and asked if she would be willing to work with us long distance. She responded in just minutes and called me the next day. Right from the first conversation, I knew she was the right agent for us. I found her very receptive and knowledgeable about the area and always available to answer my many questions and inquiries. When we found the properties we were interested in looking at, she was quick to schedule an appointment. Once we found our place, the real fun began.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ours was a complicated process in almost every aspect, from the offer process through the closing. Stephanie handled all of it like a\u201d Rock Star\u201d\u2026 many times doing the work and untangling the messes of everyone else involved, from the seller\u2019s agent to our lenders. I have absolutely no doubt that without her expertise in every phase of the process, our closing would not have happened.<\/em><\/p>\n

Doing this from a distance, it was so comforting knowing that she was there looking out for us. Stephanie was always quick to respond to our questions with honest answers. Almost nothing was out of her expertise but if she didn\u2019t have an answer she researched until she found one. Both my husband and I soon came to highly value her counsel. I don\u2019t know how she does it with her many clients but she made us feel like we were her number one priority. (I don\u2019t think she sleeps)<\/em><\/p>\n

We will recommend Stephanie to everyone we come across looking to buy or sell their home. She is awesome!<\/em><\/p>\n
