Once we returned home to Milwaukee I continued to watch her alerts on houses and would ask her to tour ones that looked good on the Internet.\u00a0 She was very diligent about seeing the houses as quickly as possible and letting me know what she thought.\u00a0 We established a relationship of TRUST where if she said NO to a house, I knew my husband and I wouldn’t like it.\u00a0 Saved us needless and costly trips down to look at houses that wouldn’t work for us.\u00a0 I knew she would find us the right house and she did!!<\/p>\n
As a consumer I have been so frustrated with the automation of relationships…you go through a series of standardized prompts to get any kind of customer service.\u00a0 With Stephanie I would call or text and would get an answer within hours…but many times within minutes.\u00a0 This made me feel like what was important to ME, mattered to her…<\/p>\n
She has answered countless questions not only about the house purchase itself, but has walked me through the other things we need to address as we establish a Florida residence.\u00a0 Through this whole experience we felt Stephanie “had our backs” and protected us at every turn.<\/p>\n
