I was searching on realtor.com looking for a condo. I had emailed several agents with no results. But Stephanie emailed me back within 5 minutes, then we talked by phone. We scheduled an appointment to look at a condo I liked, and she became my personal realtor on the spot. The first thing she did was make arrangements with a great lender to make sure I had loan approval. She listened to what I was really looking for and what I wasn\u2019t looking for, and she knew what would fit and what wouldn\u2019t work. Then we went out buying!
\nIt took two contracts for me to purchase my new home. I saw first hand how these things have so many pitfalls I would have stumbled over if she hadn\u2019t been there to guide me through them (and to put the other parties in their place!).<\/p>\nBecause I\u2019m a veteran we went with a VA loan, and I was amazed again to see how well Stephanie understands the financing end of all this. She was never at a loss for what to do next. I was not aware that there are only certain condo complexes that are approved by VA, and the condition has to pass VA inspection. Stephanie never took me to anything that I wasn\u2019t capable of buying.<\/p>\n
There were many changes I wanted to make to my condo, and Stephanie once again has so much grasp of building and contractors – all the really practical things. The people we used that she recommended have been first rate.<\/p>\n
I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.<\/p>\n
