Stephanie Will Exceed Your Expectations – Review

When I decided to accept an offer for an amazing job opportunity, but one that required me to move to the Tampa Bay area for a few years, I started scouring condos in Tampa.  I focused on Harbour Island and arranged to come down for a two and a half day weekend. After an exhausting first day we decided to “relax” a bit more on Sunday and drive down to Petersburg not even thinking that downtown St Petersburg was an option.  We arrived into the downtown area and were instantly impressed with its charm and I immediately took out my iPad (asking the waiter what zip code we were in) and started searching for condos that met my criteria. Stephanie’s name was on one listing and I called her right away.  Bearing in mind this was a Sunday morning, I gave her a quick summary of wanted I needed and within two hours she had arranged 6 showings for the next morning. We moved pretty quickly and with each step Stephanie was on the ball making modifications or adjustments to our schedule based on my feedback or quickness in moving through the different units.

Within an hour and and a half we were at the building where I eventually found my awesome condo and we immediately made an offer. Stephanie did everything else and our offer was accepted right as we were boarding our flight back home.

Working with her remotely for the following week she was a tremendous help in getting me an inspector, insurer and handyman to help out with eventual painting.  All of those she recommended to us were clearly professional, knowledgeable and very responsive!

Teaming up with Stephanie and her network allowed me make this transaction and transition more quick, smooth and positive than I ever could have imagined! I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who prefers not to waste any time in getting things done and wants a truly full service approach to finding the right real estate property that meets and even exceeds your expectations!
