An Excellent Realtor – Review

We are new to St. Petersburg.  We live in Dallas and plan to retire to St. Pete.  We purchased a house we loved in June of 2013, but my partner felt it was not large enough.  That was after we had finished making expensive renovations. We met Stephanie Passman, through a friend, and she showed us a larger house that we made an offer on instantly.  Stephanie worked hard and did an excellent job explaining the buying process as she walked us through the intricacies  of closing documents including inspection, title insurance, etc.   She was available to us 24/7.  Stephanie then sold our former house in 60 days to a lovely couple.  Again, she carefully explained the selling process.  Ms. Passman is an excellent realtor.
