I have known Stephanie since I first moved to Florida in 2014. She helped me find a great townhouse in St. Petersburg that fit just what I was looking for, and this was priceless to me since I didn’t know the area at all. She made that purchase process really smooth for me, and she’s done the same with selling – she helped me eventually to sell that townhouse and buy another place in the area.

And finally, she gave me perfect information on movers and storage to make the transitions painless. I didn’t know real estate could be so comfortable – it’s actually a very stressful experience for many people, but Stephanie takes the stress away.
